About Me

Zachary Stewart has been the chief critic for TheaterMania since 2013. He is the vice president of the New York Drama Critics’ Circle and a voting member of the Drama Desk. His work as a playwright and director has been seen at the Players Theatre, the Connelly Theater, and the 45th Street Theater. Zach is the author of the forthcoming novel Resentment: A Love Story. He moonlights as a building superintendent on the Upper West Side, where he resides with his husband, Paul Xuereb, and their two cats.
